In future Kolkata Terminal will become great. A new road is being built from Kolkata Terminal to VIP Road. Underpass is going on near Bidhannagar Road station. No transport problem will arise after 1 year because it is very shortest route to Saltlake, Airport. We do not have to cross via Shyambazar. New Train must be provided in every Rail budget. So 5 paltforms is not enough for future. Please try to understand

sir,when in future trains will start,then the platforms will also be built...5 platforms is not less by any respect...thrissur,in southern railways,handles more than 50 trains daily...and it has only two platforms,the third being renovated...and currently kolkata terminal hardly handles 5-6daily trains and a few weekly trains...a total of less than 10 express daily...there is space of extension which may be utilized as and when required...also,even if i understand the need,it will be of no help...you need to make the eastern railway authorities understand...
