If this train is from SR, then it will be on paper only. Still SR has to run MAS - TVC, and MAS - MDU, Durontos, which were announced on Feb 2011. If the rakes are alloted to SWR, then the train will surely run.

Going by my post it should be SR train only. There wont be delays in starting this train as there is no other DD service proposed in this budget I guess. Already rakes for other DD expresses have arrived. So this rake would be the next. Train may start soon. The case with Durontos was because of shortage of coaches. So there was problem but not with this train.
