Now, I was on pf. no.2 of Dhanbad Jn and waiting for my train to arrive from washing line. Dhanbad is known for its anti-social elements like luggage and wallet stealing , offering poisonous food to passengers and looting them. So, I had to be careful about this. pf. no.2 and 13329 Ganga Damodar Express at 23.10 from pf.no.2. I wanted to explore the station for some fanning but did not want to lose the hardly earned seat as people had started gathering on the platform resulting in a big crowd. It was better to seat at one place rather than moving here and there. An announcement was madse for 18603 Vananchal Express via Kiul which was running behind my Vananchal Express, which arrived on time on pf. no.7. In every 2 minutes a shoe polishwala came to me and asked to polish my leather chappals, I had to say "NAHI". I was wondering about the total numbers of polishwalas present at the railway station. It was almost equal to the number of coolies, I guess.Then arrived the mighty HWH Rajdhani with a GZB WAP-7 and LHB rake. After seeing it I questioned myself, "When will RNC Rajdhani get LHB ?". I was expecting my train to arrive by 20.30 on the platform and that is why I decided to have my dinner in the train as I was carrying mom's made food from home. I don't prefer to eat in railway stations' restaurants and stalls. After all, nothing can match your mom's food. Soon Sealdah Rajdhani arrived with a dirty GZB WAP-7 of mixed Duronto and white livery. The LHB rake was dirty and with ugly adds of Pataka tea and BSNL 3G. Even Rajdhanis are not spared and these adds degrade the beauty of LHB coaches. A lady came to me and asked "Bhaiyya, ye Ludhiana isi pf. pe aayegi ?", I said yes and told her I had to board the same train. They were going to Sasaram. Then a man came and asked "Ludhiana isi par ayyegi na?", I said yes and he asked me to inform him when the train arrives. Locally its known as Ludhiana , I think earlier it used to run between Dhanbad-Ludhiana. The LED board caught my attention again for the wrong information being displayed. It was the time for the arrival of ASN-ADI Parasnath Express but the board displayed ADI-ASN Parasnath Express. Suddenly I hear honking of a WAP-4 and thought it would be Parasnath but to my surprise it was my train Ganga Sutlej which was given pf. no.3 due to the late arrival of Parasnath Express. I informed the man and the lady about the same and went to a stall and bought a water-bottle for Rs 15. I started looking for A1 which was an old coach. Doors were locked from inside so i had to wait outside. After doors were opened I entered the coach occupied my LB and decided to have dinner before more passengers come. The compartment was not cool as AC were just started and it takes some time to get cool. I started the fan and took out a boz from my backpack which had Aloo-panner and puri with some picles. Yummy !!! After I finishing my dinner , I dumped the garbage in the dusbin and went on the platform. It was 21.10 and 5 minutes were left in the departure. I returned on my berth where 4 passengers wee seating. They had LB, UB, UB abd one UB in another coupe. The lady requested me to exchange the berths. I said that I could exchange if you could arrange me a SU instead of UB. But they could not arrange the same and I did not exchange my berth. Train departed on time and started its accelerating. Bed rolls were provided after 1 hour. The attendants were providing bed rolls in 3AC that is why it was delayed in our coach. Finally after getting bed rolls , I slept on my berth as I had to wake up early in the morning. When I woke up, the train was entering Mughalsarai Junction. I brushed and had some coffee from the stall at MGS. The train was running late by half an hour. On the adjacent platform Shipra Express arrived which was running behind us. The train departed at 5.00 and started crawling towards Varanasi. It took 40 minutes to cover the 17 km distance. Finally, it arrived with a delay of 25 minutes on pf. no.4. 15104 MUV-GKP Intercity Express was standing on pf no.1 which could have been a jackpot for me for the next part of my journey but Intercity departed till the time I reached platfrom no.1 to board it.
