I am trying to book online today(29.04.2012) at 8 am (Tatkal). But the IRCTC shows "service unavailable" & its a daily practice. WHY ??? PLEASE DO APPROPRIATE ACTION OR I WILL BE FORCED TO CONSIDER LEGAL OPTION.

one more thing is the speed of hte broadband/internet which the user is using - if the isp is slow, you cant blame irctc, in that case they will be off the scene.

IPC is out of question here...
