I hope, it must not be regular WDM but small Loco cut out from DMU Model!!
Its dual way, as can run with diesel & even have the router to catch OHE!!
Its Electric work there & so maybe to check OHE height & functioning!!

no sir it was not OHE VAN ,its just normal wdm 2/3 with green color ,its lko shed loco ,nd whr we can se prabal writen in lko shed locos , at same spot' electronic 'writen on tht loco , i miss to take pic ,wil take pic if i saw it nxt time
