Why did they stop @ TVC itself? 93 posts - Tue May 01, 2012 - are hidden. Click to open. GNT-DHNE is less gradient. There for 300 km 350 meter but here for just 180 km 420 meters. I clearly observed it in my recent JB journey. Its really a bad step. Already HYD-KOP not running with full demand. Now they made it daily from triweekly. I always wished it a train from hyd to Goa via Sur,Miraj or Bijapur,Hubli. How can we say that there is demand to Goa is the same way but as I said, its better we have CONNECTIVITY to CAPE rather than looking at the demand wise. MDU is not my cup of tea here and Goa has enough options but CAPE/RMM doesn't have. Goa and CAPE are not on same. If you have been CAPE, then you would CAPE needs to be connected. Again, no reasons to bring chennai here. Venkat this train is for telugu pupil who work in SWR at UBL division.... They demanded for this train initially.... 80% of employees in UBL division belongs to AP How can we say demand to goa from SC ?? Check the buses and flights which runs daily from Hyderabad to Goa for demand. Railways cannot start trains to each and every town from metro due to infra issues. So for these type of places best option will be brake journey. I posted regards chennai here to show that brake journey options are very easy for hyd people to down south. FYI i never been to GOA or CAPE. So there is no point in supporting visited place. That is what GOA adds a value. It has buses but there is not even 1 train to southern parts. They cannot run bus for 1400 odd kms and that is why the post originated. There is logic that of buses are then trains not required. In that case BZA,VSKP has many buses to HYD it means they dont need train to hyd ?? Its all demand matters not distance. I can say Manglore needs a train hyderabad than CAPE. That's fine...but they should have asked it via KRNT or Bijapur for other 3 days. Now this trains runs atleast little empty for sure after it converts into daily. It ie very small trin...just 6 SL coaches.... Present SPL has only 4 SL. It will be used as Intercity b/w GTL - UBL - MRJ Hmm-but a SC-MAQ train is also required! dominated by buses on the strech Yah..atleast a weekly is needed....ib b/w SC/KCG - MAQ/CAPE/VSG |
