SCR intrested to run SC - VSKP duronto with 24 coaches?
IR alloted 16 coaches to SC - VSKP duronto.SCR wants total of 32 coaches for duronto,in that they planned to use 24 coaches and 8 coaches for spare....
So Engineering section of SCR wrote letter to IR board "we can't run Duronto untill and unless some more coaches were alloted".
