It is indeed shameful, lethargic and nothing but dereliction of duty to not check the details shown about train no.19024 firozpur Janta Express not check the details displayed about the train not halting at Udvada when in reality and in fact it does halt at Udvada.
Senior citizens like me are put to mental torcher, agony and have to travel to vapi to catch the train on friday the 4th instant.
I demand a written apology failing which i will take it up with the higher authorities and ealso give due publicity in the media.
