this is not a place/region specific issue. the mindset of such people urge them to such unhuman acts.

Simple:
When one request to unlock the blog, the blog is unlocked for the person to offer remark, rather than opener start remarking himself!!
I dont try anything & seems u feel the way, u blame other to showcase u!!

Please do not drag this off the track. stick to the topic. It's not necessary that if someone requests to unlock the blog should reply than and there. Hope its clear to you. Next post on this would be immediately deleted and you will be given break.

yes. i had faced such incident many times in diff parts of india. near patna, kanpur, ghaziabad, karnal, morena, warangal, manmad, bbs.

yahe to baat hai sir ,ap har ciz ko ek systm ke tarha dkhte ho ,rahul sir ne jab mujhe unlock ko bola tab may mobile se online tha nd unlock ne kar paya nd is time kia ,nd jab may kia unlock tab rahul sir online thy ,apne bina wajha ke itna bawal macha diya ke mujhe bulwana pada unko ,ap bas blame lagana janty hai , kabhe agge piche ka nahe dekhty , i thnk mayne apko is topic pe jarurat se jada time de diya hai ,so its betr ke ap ye bina wajha ke shamjdar bnna chor kar topic pe dhyan de (jo ke mujhe lagta nahe apko koi intrst he topic me )

Everytime I return from Delhi to Bangalore in Karnataka Express the GRP comes and tells everyone to close the window shutters after Daund.This has been happening for many years. The GRP also uses torches and whistles in this section.
