If you cancelled the last person, there wont be any change in RAC/WL status of others. If cancellation was done for the first or later person, there will one move for the remaining passengers RAC/WL status.

If it is a PRS ticket you will get a new ticket of your last status, i.e. your if you purchased a cnf ticket with coach and berths allotted to you, you will be having the same coach and berths when the fresh ticket is issued. If it is an e-ticket please ensure that the modified ticket (Electronic Reservation Slip) is printed separately as for the original ticket. Here too you will have the same reservation status.
