India too has it. i have seen them personally but not that style of pic what i posted there. it used run with some kinda Bullet type of Bike ahead n carriage attached behind.
Now it may not exist but pple used to call them as motorcycle taxi.

The three wheeler motorbike can also be seen in the rural areas of Saurashtra - Gujarat. This is called Chakda. Also called Maruta at times (their Maruti)

in goa never go for rickshaws bcoz they charge u a lot.mostly there are private buses all over the state.govt. buses are also there and are called kadamba.buses are cheap but they are very crowded.u can also go for bike rickshaw aka pilot.also in many places in goa u get bikes on rent like for a day.
