Now you are talking like jealous boy. Hindi is not my mother tong and it people how makes difference not Govt. Read again what court said and in which context. May be your area. But in other area's they are expanding it in all central govt organisations. Yes, jealousy is not a good thing. We can happily adore English but we can't take Hindi. No integration means division between people and harm in the works. So why don't take Hindi as well as English for common practice when people from different mother tongues converge to talk.
