Rly just saying it as Rajbhasha but No Rly Emlpoyee following.My father worked in Rlys for 37 yrs,he never used Hindi in any of his day-t-day Offciial activity.English was the language of written communication & Bengali/Assamese is the primarly language of communication b/w Guard/LP/Controller/ASM etc..Even Hindi speaking person comfortable speaking Bengali/Assamese.

Yes, jealousy is not a good thing. We can happily adore English but we can't take Hindi. No integration means division between people and harm in the works. So why don't take Hindi as well as English for common practice when people from different mother tongues converge to talk.
