Thanks Ranjeet for the Info, But how can Railways Automatically Reallocate the Class with out the consent of the Passenger is it within the Rules??? The PNR Status said that the Seat was Confirmed Yesterday itself.... and today after chart preparation only i got to know that it has been reallocated to 2S

IR can downgrade the class. Such rules exists and you can cancel the ticket to get complete refund.

Thanks for posting the pnr, this is the first time I am seeing the pnr down graded to 2S from CC in an Intercity Express.
