Started from PF 8 in vskp at 7.40 pm.

some one pulled the chain between S3,4. Train stopped on bridge at outer Tuni. LP/ALP came adjusted delayed by few min's. TTE Called some one in Bza and informed about chain pulling.

On that day train was delayed by 5 hours, also TPTY SRC exp was running late. Luckly i got berth in Garib rath.

Yes sir stoped for 10 min at outer of RJY and 10 mins on RJY PF1.
Seems that S4,5 are for RJY. I got a video of chart and only 4 & 2 ppl boarded at VSKP in the above compartment the rest boarded at RJY.

Yes it seems RJY having seperate quota for this train.
Tot Seats Avbl 95 Avbl 10 Avbl 8
With Tatkal and other quota its around 2 coaches.

yes,
My brother in law is regular traveler in 18510. Some times it will be WL betwen EE - VSKP. and a good no of berths AVBL between RJY-VSKP

Ya that's what quota allocation. But most of the long distance trains will have same quota for RJY,VSKP. Also some VSKP train BZA will have good quota. Example Tirumala exp and LTT-VSKP SF...for these trains also you will AVBL between BZA-VSKP.
