TATKAL BOOKING BY AGENTS IN CHENNAI

Today i went to the market in chennai to buy some fish for lunch...Just while i was returning i thought of meeting a TRAVEL AGENT(name will be disclosed later)..i went to him at 7.50am and told him to book a ticket for me to pondicherry..he told me to wait for a while as he was busy in tatkal booking...i was sitting in the sofa and luckily the desktop screen was facing me,,,i saw he logged in at 7.55 and waited and as 8.00 struck he began...
more... his booking...he was booking for MAS MAIL and booked in 8.15am without any hassles....i was active in IRI and saw many complained as they were facing the famous 'SERVICE UNAVAILABLE' of IRCTC..
Just see how the agents are successful and we fail often..he didnt receive any service unavailable and smoothly proceeded for his booking...i was awestruck....wow!!
Then i became suspicious and forwarded my head towards his monitor and searched for any softwares used but unfortunately NONE...I was surprised how can this happen..???at IRI members are suffering and these agents booking without hassles....better say absolutely NO hassles....
Guys sitting there i was feeling so angry that i wanted to SHOUT at him..'why are u using unauthorised methods'..but i couldnt...he booked the ticket with a commision of rs 400 and gave the ticket to the customer...the customer was very happy smiling.and he narrated
"Char din se counter pe tahal raha hu,ticket mil hi nahi raha,shulria sir(agent referred as sir by customer)..''then the agent spoke''hahahah aap kisi bhi samay aa jaiye aur aapko tatkal mai bana dunga' ..then money was handed over and he flew off....This is the condition here ...agents are misusing the tatkal quota for common man...
Admins members suggest me whether should i complain about that agent ..???
