Tatkal Tickets issue.
Now its very difficult for individual to get Tatkal Tickets where as broker can get you that tickets for which you need to pay Rs 500 for sleeper class and Rs 800-1000 for AC class.
Average there are more than 250-300 seat(including all classes) in each train. But when we try to login into IRCTC site we are not able to login between 8 AM to 9 AM and by that time all TATKAL tickets are already taken by broker or agent.
And if you go to ticket counter all the agent are in Q since morning 4 AM.
The interesting thing which i abserve in last few months is Agent...

Wondering how can they can login into IRCTC side where you and i cannot.
Are they having special login which help them to login fast where as our login does not work,

If you have observed that there is something fishy about agents logging in between 8-9 am very easily and booking tickets... then do a sting operation and submit the proof with police and file a written complaint.

But certainly there is something fishy about it....Bcoz they can get you window tickets from tickets counter or now a days IRCTC print out....then its quite obvious that its our and above common person reach

दो टिकट दलालों को कई तत्काल टिकटों के साथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। गिरफ्तार टिकट दलालों में वाराणसी चोलापुर अजगरा निवासी विनोद शंकर सिंह के पुत्र जटा शंकर सिंह एवं चिरैयाटांड़ जामा मस्जिद के पास रहने वाला टीपू सुलतान हैं। दोनों ने कई चौंकाने वाले तथ्यों का खुलासा किया है। इस मामले में तीन काउंटर क्लर्क के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए वाणिज्य विभाग को लिखा गया है।विदित हो कि मुंबई में दो दिनों पूर्व छापेमारी कर तीन टिकट दलालों अतिकुर रहमान, मो.सलीम एवं मो.वकील को नौ तत्काल टिकट के साथ आरपीएफ ने गिरफ्तार किया था।
कैसे हुआ आरपीएफ को शक ?
आरपीएफ की खुफिया टीम को जब यह जानकारी मिली कि मुंबई से जाने के लिए टिकट पटना के काउंटर से बनाए जा रहे हैं तो टीम जांच में जुट गई। जांच के दौरान पूरे एक सप्ताह के टिकट का कंप्यूटर से डिटेल्स निकाला गया। अंत में मुंबई में छापेमारी कर रैकेट का भंडाफोड़ किया गया।
काउंटर क्लर्क के बैंक खाते में मुंबई से भेजी जाती है मोटी राशि-मुंबई से पटना के टिकटों की कालाबाजारी की जड़ मुंबई में ही है। मुंबई के पवई में दफ्तर खोला गया है। दानापुर, पटना व फुलवारी में बैठे काउंटर क्लर्क के बैंक खाते में प्रति दिन संभावित रकम भेज दी जाती है। सुबह 8.30 बजे दलाल काउंटर पर पहुंच जाता है और चुपचाप टिकट लेकर निकल जाता है। किस नाम से टिकट लेना है इसकी सूचना एसएमएस से तथा उनके पहचान पत्र स्कैनिंग के जरिए भेज दिया जाता है।
एक ही कर्मचारी लगातार करते हैं ड्यूटी-दानापुर स्टेशन पर तीन ही टिकट काउंटर हैं। तीनों पर सुबह की शिफ्ट में एक ही कर्मचारी कई महीनों से ड्यूटी करते चले आ रहे हैं। पकड़े गए दलालों ने जब एक माह के अंदर ली गई एक हजार टिकटों की फोटो कापी दिखाना शुरू किया तो पता चला कि सभी टिकट इन्हीं तीन काउंटरों से लिए गये हैं। तीनों रेल कर्मचारियों उपेन्द्र प्रसाद, बी.एन.प्रसाद एवं बब्लू के खिलाफ विभाग को लिखा जा रहा है।
प्रति टिकट दिए जाते हैं 800 से 1000 रुपए-पूछताछ के दौरान दलालों ने बताया कि मुंबई से पटना अथवा वाराणसी एवं जौनपुर के लिए तत्काल कोटे से टिकट देने पर काउंटर क्लर्क को 800 से 1000 रुपए दिए जाते हैं। प्रतिदिन एक काउंटर से चार-चार यात्रियों के 3-4 टिकट काटे जाते हैं। इस तरह एक काउंटर क्लर्क को लगभग दस हजार रुपए प्रतिदिन की कमाई होती है। जाहिर है इस मामले में बड़े-बड़े लोगों का संरक्षण भी मिलता होगा।
