They are coaches developed by rcf Based on eurofima design Assisted by UN , but these coaches are very low in number .. They were manufactured in 1998 , much before LHB arrived
Since there cost manufacturing is very high ( compared to lhb ) their prod was stpped and lhb were given a green flag

Those were new light weight high speed coaches rolled out by RCF before import of original LHB coaches. After introduction of LHB coaches.... production of IR 20 coaches has been put on hold.
