suppose my train departs at 11pm,the chart is prepared at 8.30pm, i have a prs ticket and it ended up in waiting list. i bought an unreserved ticket and travelled in unreserved coach upto my destination. now can i cancel my waitlisted prs ticket at the destination? will it be considered unused? how to assure the prs clerk that the ticket has not been used?
