Blog Entry# 440735 Posted: May 31 2012 (2:48PM) 4 Responses Last Response: May 31 2012 (3:48PM) What to do when yu r not able to get reserved seat and yu need to go urgently? How to approach TTE for seat? no reply from anyone it depends on seats availability..if available he can give definatley,if u r approched Also buy a general ticket before you approach the tte Sir, It should be a direct (in person) approach requesting him to accommodate somehow, if feasible. You should never have a fully waitlisted E ticket for such an approach. Take care of distance restrictions too in select trains. A strict TTE may ask you to get down at next halt if he finds it impossible to accommodate you. Sometimes, AC Coach attendants and Coolies also make the way smoother. |
