My Experience in 12239 Jaipur Duronto :- -------------------------------------------------- I had a really good experience in Jaipur Duronto to Jaipur from Mumbai Central to Jaipur. Unlike 12240 this Train really runs very fast and from SURAT to SAWAI Madhopur it almost keeps at 130. At Mumbai Central the Train came at platform 5 and before that Ahmedabad Duronto came at Platform 3. Let me tell you about ADI Duronto. The luggage break and generator (LBG) came first . Duronto. Those who have not read my previous posts let me tell you guys that i usually travel with 12955 Jaipur Superfast to Mumbai and it was my first experience with this train to Jaipur. Usually JP Super takes substantial time to reach Borivali and speed is also not much around 70 due to peak hour of Local Trains so when JP Duronto started its journey ; in no time it took a very fast sipped. I had never seen crossing Mumbai Local stations at that speed. I tested with my GPS and it was 100. Bandra came in a short duration. It was around mid night. I made my bed and slept. Later when i opened my eyes i saw Train crossing Surat at a good speed. As i wrote earlier in my another post; Tea , Breakfast, Lunch and Ice Cream was served. It crossed Golden Temple Express around Nagda. JP Super reaches Jaipur at 12:55 and this Train Reached after one hour and there is a gap of 4 hours between the departure of these two so we can understand the need to speed. I felt like sitting in Mumbai Rajdhani. There were 3 Rajdhani express coaches in this Train. I feel that interior of Duronto rake is same but more clean and bright than Rajdhani. At Sawai Madhopr station the engine was changed. At the other platform; Ananya Express was standing. The only thing i dislike about this train is that it waits for a long time at Durgapura station for Jaipur Superfast. It was standing there for 20 minutes. I met Jaipur Superfast to Mumbai' Let me tell you that i reached Mumbai Central at 6:30pm to see the JP Super. So it was the double treat to see the same JP Super once at BCT and later at another day at JP. Overall it was a good experience.
