Read more... stop the controversy prs clerks was in angry that time next time he was happy as he had his pie i think its more about knowledge than mood....very few would take out her personal cell phone and make a call to her senior to know the rules...a few days back at an enquiry counter at patna,the person responsible for answering me,laughed at me when i asked about advance unreserved tickets for journey exceeding 200kilometre...she said-wo lalu k jamane me hota hoga, mamta k jamane me unreserved ticket advance nahi milega...
