yes,,,hwh has very poor quota and even poorer berths and trains for trains coming from north east and going to south...i once had a tkt in 3a from hwh to tcr...i booked 90 days back, got a middle berth,total quota 2 berths in 3a for hwh, the other person was given upper berth...wl 1 remained wl1...not a single movement in 90 days...though the train has three 3a coaches...and rightly so becuase hwh has dedicated trains to mas/tcr/ngc/tvc/cape

Dude, spare me from the NE region. I am afraid. All I knew is that charting station is above HWH and hence all down stations will have charting done even if the DOJ is 2 days ahead.

HWH not a charting location..only Engg changed from HWH WDM3A to SRC WAP4 & sometimes a HCPV attached...that makes a total 3 HCPVs for this train...also water is added if it finds itself in PF#9
