Plz dont comment like this.You dont have any idea why IR is running this train,so you've no rights to comment that IR should cancel it.May be they have some other uses of its running thats why it doesnt have any SL coaches.You're technically not the correct person to comment so.
Requst the admin to delete such comments as it may invoke other bloggers to think the same way which is a wrong way.

There is no bar on one's thought process. If a train is delayed on a DAILY BASIS, that is certainly a BLACK BLOT on IR. And one does not need any TECHNICAL EXPERTISE to complain about regular delay in a train's service just as one does not have to be a METEOROLOGIST to say that it is RAINING.
Even for the benefit of those passengers for whom it is intended, IR should ensure that it runs ON TIME.

I said cancel as last option (3). If I hurt your sentiments, then sorry for that Sir. But I was trying to make point that why this train is consistently running late. Is this (your point) good reason for its late operation justified and IR should just sit, do nothing and bear the loss without giving any amicable services to people. This is what I look at as big picture.

As Ndtv India report On travelling In General Coach was aired, I was wondering that There has been any query whether a general coach will be added to a train or not..

I think this post has led to some confusion that I am a passenger travelling in this train. Mercifully that is not so. The subject of this sentence "Departed from Delhi on 10th June at 0000, 8 hours 20 mns late" is the 13040 Janata Express and not PKV. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I should have added "This train" before "departed"
