the Visibility Will Ge Good After Reversal of Rake... as the loco runs in SHF mode..
as per to my Observations. in Almost all the Cases,Janmabhoomi SF(2806) Was Running in SHF Mode after having Reversal at TEL.

The Experienced A Class Loco Pilots Will Be Given to Handle the EMD WDP 4 /4B & the Visibility will be OK in Night time ..
it was For the first time the WDP 4/4B met with an Accident(Hampi Express).The Reason might be a Technical Signal Error.
