I dont think it is on a regular basis. It is just on demand basis and availability basis. However, during Parliament session I have noticed that either AK or Raj have a extra coach leaving Delhi on Fridays and Mumbai on Sundays and at the beginning and end of each session

Depends. When Parliament session was going on they H2 on priority basis. I have been following the coach composition for months. During last month most of the day the train was augmented with extra Second Ac coach. While extra THird Ac is always attached to AK Rajdhani.
BUt one thing for sure coach composition does not go beyond 19 coaches on a particular day in both these trains.
BY the way what was ur source of info for augemented first ac coach. Did u see on your own or was it thru simran ??

Mostly no, they always attach extra third ac , as i said earlier.
