When we check the PNR it is written that status can be upgraded / degraded.
What does it mean?
suppose i searched for a train and it had 5 availability in 1 AC and i booked that and then it is confirmed one.
Now above 1 AC there is no scope for up-gradation.
but as it is CNF ,so can it get degraded.if yes then how
