Looks it is repainted or over hauled.
Although I don't authenticate the IRFCA information or I am fan for loco's, the number schema surprises me always, at least for diesel powered.

Well, a typo in the first post - Its 12536 WDG-4
I wrote it at 12356. Hence the difference.
