Why it is limited to some trains only? IR dont want them to travel in all trains?
Providing concessions is different,But they must be allotted certain quota in all trains. But how can we expect this even they didnt provide ramps for them

It seems Rajdhani doesnt have HP quota. Even the IR doesnt show mercy to them, how can they expect it from the co passengers who booked in 119 days advance to guarantee their LB?

In my view, in all trains/all classes ,HP quota must be there atleast to the minimal level. If the same is not booked it will go the GNWL passengers.
I dont know how many of others agree with this

yes there are some quota fixed in trains for handicapped persons.The class and Concession amount is mentioned below
follow the following procedure
1) Fill this form accordingly
2)take a photo copy of orignal Handicapped certificate with Authority required for availing concession
3) when the booking clerk asks for the proof then give both photocopy and orignal one
4) be sure that STAMP and Signature of respected Officer is clear can be identified

Thanks,but why the quota doesnt persist for higher class. There is LB,LD,FT,DP quotas for higher class, then why HP doesnt have the same?
