If you have printer, Then type your PNR in Indianrailways.gov.in site and you will get some info with some of ticket details get printout of it and with ID try to convince tte, because this was successfull once with me

This is an I-Ticket which is similar to PRS ticket for all practical purposes.How can he travel just by showing id proof? According to you anyone can cancel their ticket a few mins before travel claim their money and travel showing id proof. Indian Railways will go bankrupt if they allow what you are saying.
