One genuine query about the how the cancelling of e-tickets is undertaken by irctc.
I have a 3AC waitlisted ticket, and I understand that money will be refunded in case it is not confirmed. What I need to know is what are the cancellation charges levied in this case.
Hence what is the difference in charges that I incur, if i cancel it today vis-a-vis charges incurred if i leave it unattended and have it cancelled automatically (and refunded)
