Out of 456 available berths then available, my first attempt at booking failed at 8.02 am, due to communication failure soon after I reached the payment gateway. However, when I could successfully book the tickets at 8.10 am, 431 berths were shown as available. I opted for SU and SL berths for myself and my wife and thought there would be no problem since 431 berths were available. But what I got was S3-65(L) and 66(M). WHY SO? What then is the point in asking for BERTH PREFERENCES. I am sure it was not a case of NON-AVAILABILITY OF CHOICE. ANY EXPERT VIEWS ?
