What was the link before ERS-TVC was electrified ? I have some doubts because I have see some pic with twin WDM-2 but I vaguely remember it being hauled by a single WDM-3A or perhaps WDM-2.

please use Mr. or Shri before the name, it looks decent and pleasant to the eyes. When we can refer co-members of this website as "sir", it would be applaudable if you gave due respect to the ex-railway minister as well.
