Now its running via VSKP. When it diverted crew change used to happen at SCMN and VZM 15 min stop for water filling. Now Crew change and Water filling will be done at VSKP itself. So now nonstop at SCMN and 15 min stop at vzm reduced to 2 min.

These two stoppages would account for nearly 20 to 25 min.Great saving to long distance passengers.
