Dear Umrinder ji
comparing both the trains Karnataka and Sampark Kranti, both have
equal coach quality
food: dnt knw
rush: SKranti has less
Beautiful: Manmad Route of Karnataka Exp
Suggestion: Since u hav seen Main trunk route while going to Chennai, try Manmad route, its more beautiful.
Evn wait for others comment, esp south region experts

Sir, out of the three i would say Karnataka sampark kranthi via hubli is the most beautiful route followed by Karnataka exp and finally KSK via kacheguda..
Reason: the first two trains pass through an amazing terrain and offer you a great view, as far as the KCG route is concerned you pass through a great terrain till Sirpur town, after which you enter the "Singareni Coal Belt" which is one of the largest producer of coal in the world with a projected 8791 million tonnes reserves, A huge power station in Ramagundam-all a part of the godavari river valley-dry and plain, hot but not humid, and not hot this part of the year. After Between KCG-GY the terrain is not amazing again, and is really good after GY till YNK.

to Gadwal shows you a typical Deccan plateau terrain, no amazing views but typically Deccan. I suggest you take KSK via KCG as its the fastest of all the above, win-win situation.
