What can you do then ? HWH-YPR is very tough yo get tatkal.SL class tatkal gets over by 8.01am.So you have to be first among the queue which is occupied by touts.
But prashanti remains uptill 8.15.This chain is for that benefit.

I think chain should satisfy the need of train getting ticket is not the only criteria.Agreed that it is difficult to get ticket to hwh ypr but still feel prasanti is not the correct train
