Blocking licensed agents from booking and cancellation of GN other quota ticket shows that the railway is very hostile towards them.
Recent experience proves that the real game is played on PRS windows.
By blocking Agents by four hours they can not cancel eTicket with will cause great problem to all.
Why they can not create separate Tatkal Booking site to make system clean and free from foolish rules?

nothing is restricted for common man sir.yes common man cant book tatkal in irctc,it remains down but aftersometime they can book.but see for agents they are blocked for 4hours.what will they do if anyone comes and asks them to book tickets?
They will say NO.will that person come again seeing this condition that agent cant book ?
What is the use taking agency ?
The most sufferer are the agents only.

But, as you said, 'after sometime' and that time, you can only find REGRET but not avbl seats.
And are agents only to book tatkal tickets? Aren't they booking general tickets? Only 4lac CK tickets are booked and rest are all gen tkts only.
So,should they still close the agency?

1.sir agents cant book two tatkal tickets for same train in a day.
2.agents are prohibited to book from 8 to 12.now if a person can stand in the queue he can go and book general ticket also.
