i was on way from green coconut resort about 30kms away from chennai central station at 6pm reached at 8:30pm at paris bus stand(wondered how a city bus takes 2hr 30mns for a 30km ride).
at MAS,my step into the platform side was a joke when i shown my phone containing e-ticekt details in a sms with pnr,my name,age,status(booking). i rushed to a counter where all trains departing at near that time,their charts were with some IR officials who REFUSED to disclose my charted berth number...

as i shown them only phone with sms(not a ERS),1 male,1 female were officials both of them directed me to go to 1st floor computer counter it was like
"IR has put some illiterate at clever post(ANDHEKO DARPAN DIKHANA)"
as my donga RELIANCE GSM was not working gprs properly i faced a huge problem,however i got the status with a free roaming sms to a cousin
those officials even declined to speak in ENGLISH,however i spoke some butler kannada,telugu-tamil mix words &managed to get the reply.it was a bitter embarassment as thosein IR post were not ready for a non-tamil chat

it was hauled by WAP1(orange ghoda)departed from pt-3 at exactly 23:40,with 14 SL,2 3a,1 2a,2 usr,2 luggage cum brake van coaches(admin can update it)
as my berth was a RAC sl,S12,55 i was to share with a gentleman who himself at nappy time decide to sleep on GROUND between main LBs,i was thanking god that still in india ethics,morales are high in some.thanked him & had nap at 12:30am
hygiene-
was totally neat,toilets were neat,non filthy and non leaking taps,SINS also were good
VILLAIN-
here and there our g8t entertainer mr.RM cockroach maharaj was wandering,dancing,below my berth made me to rethink that it is IR
