No, I do not have the new time table for NCR and WCR.
A big portion of these 2 zones lies in the Bundelkhand region which has been backward in spite of having natural resources. As IR has 2 zones in this region, similarly 2 big states (Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh) have their share of Bundelkhand region. And politicians have been ignoring the development of this region since independence. NCR and WCR are mere reflections of the backwardness of this region.
