During morning peak hours ( 8 am to 10 am) the mobile verion www.irctc.co.in/mobile) is not opening at all. Is it due to the site overload or the mobile version is disabled during the said time?

Yes.Mobile booking is not allowed from 08 to 10 am(from 10/7 -10 am to 12 am).But i couldnt understand what is MTPS. Thanx to " Apple@ As Sweet as Honey"
