Not possible to edit will have to cancel and rebook.
Or what you could do is use this ticket and take your id proof and try and convince the TC that incorrect sex mentioned is due to a mistake but its risky.

You cannot edit your made ticket.You have to cancel the ticket and book again mentioning correct sex.
