no jan shatabdis dont have ur coaches, but tickets are issued from ur counters and in coalition with resvn status, an upper limit is set. After that limit no 2s tkts are issues for js from ur counters. Similarly the check might have been in place for ur of hill railway trains...

Right a chart is used and ticked as and when the ticket is issued. Same is the case for the Kalka Shimla and the Darjeeling train as well. I am hoping the Darjeeling toy train re-opens soon in full service. IR doesn't want to spend on heritage trains at all
