I expected there might be a speed up announcement in this year's time table. What is wrong with this route? Average speed of this train is 48km/hr which is very as Mumbai & Bangalore are very important metros and numerous private buses (a/c non a/c) running between the cities in less than 18hrs. I don't know why there is no improvement coming in connectivity between these two cities.
