From HDB the train is showing but from MLDT it is not showing even in Official Website.

as far as i know,once the train combines, you cannot book it in slip portion. Please book in 13142 teesta torsha express.

booking is possible as if you check different dates you will find different reservation status from MLDT in 23142. To check this train on indianrail.gov.in, go to seat availability and fillup relevant details alongwith train no 23142.
