As usual the reservation compartment was occupied completely by unreserved passengers (This isn't the issue that I want to discuss here). The TV volume was very very loud , thanks to the extra speakers. People were unhappy about it, but still nobody did anything. After Kengeri, one guy try to remove the speaker connection, but he couldn't. The he removed the power connection to the TV and the first half of the train sighed with relief. Inspired from that person's move, another guy standing below the other TV disconnected the power from the other TV too. People were happy about it. Sometimes the movies... Read more... Hat's off to those 2 guys.. Even i removed the power cable of the TV around a month back 2 posts - Mon Jul 16, 2012 - are hidden. Click to open. Good news article about this issue: /news/post/83602 Its the forcing the user to listen to whats playing, is the most annoying thing. I prefer train over bus for its calm and smooth journey. Infotainment or what ever is fine if it is optional.. Making it compulsory is a BIG NO from my side. |
