i have an idea for frequent train facilities for tj,kmu,mv people to chennai.it looks like there will be an slot for receiving an express train at egmore.if mannai diverts via mv-tvr line then ont exp from thanjavur-chennai should be introduced.another 10 coach train from thanjavur-chennai will be attached to mannai express at mayiladuthurai junction.people seeking 1500 berth facilities but if railway board implements this there could be another 1000 berth facilities will be available for delta people.totally 2500 berth facilities available when this will be executed.like MG era the link train could be attached at mayiladuthurai to reduce the burden of mannai express.loco change for an express train 2times within 40km having lot of problems coz lot of manual work required,operational cost will be high.so if railways make a decision on introducing express train the burden could be reduced

Absolutely it is a wrong message. Only Karaikal express is scheduled to be diverted. Mannai express diversion is not yet scheduled. May be announced after checking the demand/patronage for the Karaikal express after diversion from the TVR/MV passengers.
