They can ask for PNR and Transaction No, name and details of passengers, mode of payment, Boarding station etc, right. Also they can verify whether i am calling from the phone number provided at the time of booking, right? I can cancel the ticket myself if i had access to internet instead of mailing to IRCTC, right? 17 posts - Sat Jul 21, 2012 - are hidden. Click to open. All members will now be able to Edit and refine their past and future Blog Posts with NO time limit. I asked this not because i wanted to cancel any tickets now. But i travel often where i will not have access to internet and had to apply for TDR, whenever i was not able to travel. So, i was wondering if i am able to cancel tickets through phone in future, it would be helpful for me |
