I think they are going to use the third ac of this train in 12367/68 express. Recently there was a news that vikramshila express would be augmented with one ac-II and another ac-III tier. It was also mentioned that they have already those bogies for one rake. And they need another three for three set of rakes. Now lal quila slip to giridih just has 2gs, 1sl and 1 3a coach... Dont know if it is for another 6 months or permanent but 3a class has been extended beyond the deadline. Dont know how logical it is to extend the services of a train, just a day before the deadline.
