Can you confirm about being behind a proxy server ?
You have many options for viewing ir site.
First was as suggested by Saurabh.
Apart from that you may use the TOR bundle for anonymous proxies.
But first just confirm what type of network you are using ? Do you have a direct connection or are you in a office etc ??
