How is the Penalty/charges being calculated by the TTE, for a Person travelling in a sleeper class and carrying the General Ticket ???
from my exp of seeing... supposs kerala exp.. u travel from ers to tcr n tte catches u.. fine will b calculated like dis...

yes you r right but not guarantee of alloting berth...even if u were in ac you hv to pay ac charges ans sit near bath room only and tte clearly writes berth not alloted.
