allotted are GS coaches so I'm pretty sure they had planned to use coaches they have in spares and only 2 EOGs alloted so remaining to have come from spare coaches too.

TC told what VSG railway officials must have been told they simply follow orders what comes from the divisional HQ, if maintainance problem then how were they doing primary maintenance of VSG NZM clone Humsafar at VSG. He said only 2 rake aya but not even a single rake received yet by VSG CDO.
All the rakes still in Karnataka any moment they can cancel LHB for Goa express and give them to some Karnataka train as Karnataka is going for elections. LHB conversion of Goa express may fall prey to Karnataka state elections.

hope it doesn't happen but can't trust SWR here. Just today we saw on this site SER is converting 2 out of 6 rakes of MAS mail and Coromandel express to LHB and remaining 4 to continue with ICF rakes. So why only SWR faces issues and not other zones, recently even Mangala express was LHBfied rake by rake.
